Meraas Awards Design Quarter at D3 Contract to ACC

Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a contract worth more than AED 2 billion (USD 544 million) to Arabian Construction Company (ACC) for the development of its flagship project, Design Quarter at d3—the first residential community within the Dubai Design District (d3), the region’s leading global hub for design and creativity. The project has a built-up area of 374,021.59 m², underscoring its scale and ambition.

A Landmark for Creative Living

Scheduled for completion by mid-2027, Design Quarter at d3 will introduce a vibrant residential destination at the heart of d3’s masterplan, blending artistic energy with premium urban living. Residents will enjoy panoramic views of the Dubai Canal and Downtown Dubai skyline, creating a lifestyle backdrop that is both inspiring and unparalleled.

The development will feature 558 thoughtfully designed apartments across one low-rise building and two elegant skyscrapers, seamlessly connected by a landscaped podium. This elevated communal hub will offer a wealth of lifestyle amenities, including co-working spaces, an indoor-outdoor gym, swimming pool facilities, barbecue areas, and dedicated children’s play zones.

Strategic Alignment with Dubai’s Vision

The launch of Design Quarter at d3 reinforces Dubai Holding Real Estate’s commitment to supporting the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the 2040 Urban Master Plan, which aim to drive sustainable economic growth and position Dubai as one of the world’s most creative and future-ready cities.

Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said:
