Address Fountain Views

ACC delivered the Fountain Views development, a prominent three-tower mixed-use complex overlooking the Dubai Mall and The Dubai Fountain. The project forms part of the wider Downtown Dubai masterplan and contributes to the continued evolution of one of the world’s most recognisable urban skylines. 

The development comprises two 59-storey towers housing 283 serviced apartments and 290 residential units, alongside a central 65-storey 5-star hotel tower offering luxury accommodation and amenities. The towers are unified by a multi-level podium that provides direct access to retail, dining, and entertainment, seamlessly connecting to The Dubai Mall via an elevated bridge link. 

As main contractor, ACC was responsible for full construction delivery, including substructure and superstructure execution, architectural finishes, MEP installations, façade systems, and vertical transportation. The project required complex coordination within a dense urban environment, precise façade integration to preserve view corridors, and meticulous interface management to align with The Dubai Mall connection works. ACC’s disciplined construction management, phased sequencing, and consistent quality and HSE controls ensured timely delivery of this high-profile destination.
