Etihad Towers
ACC proudly delivered Etihad Towers, a distinguished mixed-use complex rising prominently along the Abu Dhabi Corniche. The development comprises five sculptural towers ranging from 54 to 75 storeys, reaching heights of up to 305 metres, with a total built-up area of approximately 465,000 m². The towers are connected through three basement levels and a three-floor podium housing boutique retail, commercial space, and structured parking.
Tower 1 accommodates a 5-star hotel and serviced apartments with 382 rooms and 199 branded serviced units, while Towers 2, 4 and 5 provide 884 high-end residential apartments and penthouses. Tower 3 is dedicated to Grade-A office space covering 56,000 m². The project utilises a reinforced concrete structural system with a high-performance curtain wall façade designed to withstand coastal conditions while delivering visual clarity and architectural presence.
Delivered in 2012, Etihad Towers remains a defining expression of contemporary luxury, engineering capability, and integrated place-making along the Arabian Gulf.
