The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo

Situated along the Nile Corniche, The Nile Ritz-Carlton holds cultural and architectural significance as a long-standing hospitality landmark. The redevelopment programme required careful preservation of the hotel’s historical identity while enhancing guest experience and operational performance to meet Ritz-Carlton global service standards. 

ACC executed extensive renovation and upgrade works, including structural strengthening, complete interior refurbishment, specialist stone and millwork installations, mechanical and electrical services modernisation, kitchen and back-of-house reconfiguration, and façade and public space enhancements. Delivery required staged sequencing within the existing building shell, sensitive heritage coordination, and quality control across bespoke handcrafted finishes. The hotel reopened as a renewed luxury destination while retaining its architectural character.
