VELA and VELA Viento

OMNIYAT has appointed ACC Group as the main contractor for VELA and VELA Viento, two flagship developments that will establish Marasi Bay as one of Dubai’s most prestigious waterfront destinations. Together spanning a built-up area of 92,237 m², the projects reflect OMNIYAT’s vision to elevate the standard of ultra-luxury living in the heart of the city. 

Designed by Foster + Partners with interiors by Gilles & Boissier, VELA and VELA Viento introduce a new architectural language defined by sculpted forms, expansive waterfront views, and seamless indoor–outdoor living. VELA Viento’s twin-tower configuration includes three duplex residences featuring unique ‘hanging’ dining rooms suspended between the towers, along with two signature penthouses and elevated lifestyle amenities positioned 100 metres above ground, including an infinity pool, sun deck, yoga studio, and double-height gym. 

ACC Group is leading end-to-end delivery as main contractor, bringing extensive expertise in high-rise construction, complex structural interfaces, and premium finishing. With site mobilisation complete and core works progressing, handover is scheduled for 2027, with VELA targeted for Q2 and VELA Viento in Q3. 

Together, the developments will join OMNIYAT’s growing ultra-luxury constellation in Marasi Bay, which includes The Lana Hotel and The Lana Residences managed by Dorchester Collection, further shaping the district as a global waterfront address of distinction
